Not familiar with Pet-Nats?  Short for petillant naturel (French for naturally sparkling), pet-nats are made with one of the oldest and simplest winemaking methods, single fermentation in the bottle.  

Come by Friday and try 3 Pet-Nats for $18 and see why we love these wines so much.
